Overview

SaaS for service businesses — clients, scheduling, teams, invoicing and analytics under multi-tenant architecture. Each tenant's data, jobs and files are isolated from every other tenant at the data layer, so the same deployment serves many businesses without any one of them being able to see another's clients or invoices.

The problem

Cleaning, maintenance and installers had no affordable software matching real workflows. CRMs were heavy; spreadsheets were fragile. A cleaning company needs to assign a team to a job, schedule a visit, and invoice the client afterward — a sequence a generic CRM buries under fields built for a different kind of sales process, while a spreadsheet has no concept of a job status or a team's calendar at all.

The solution

Multi-tenant Laravel SaaS, Stripe subscriptions, responsive React, configurable onboarding. Jobs move through a status pipeline from scheduled to assigned to completed to invoiced, with a team member attached at each step, and Redis handles the queued jobs behind notifications and reminders. Stripe manages subscription plans and billing events so a tenant's access maps directly to what they're actually paying for, and PostgreSQL keeps every tenant's data logically separated. The React frontend is responsive by default, since most of the people using it — technicians in the field — are on a phone. Onboarding walks a new tenant through creating their first team and job before they see an empty dashboard, since a service business signing up mid-week rarely has time to configure a platform from scratch.

Role

Full Stack — SaaS architecture, billing, multi-tenancy. Designed the tenant isolation model and the Stripe subscription flow end to end. Also handled the queue configuration behind job status transitions, so a job moving from scheduled to assigned does not silently drop a notification.

Result

Live tenants. Stripe operational. Onboarding under five minutes. From sign-up to a usable workspace with a team and a first job scheduled.
