Overview

Business platform covering sales, inventory, HR, accounting and reporting — configurable modules per vertical. Each business activates only the modules its operations need, but all of them read and write against the same underlying data layer, so a sale updates inventory and accounting in the same transaction instead of needing a separate sync step.

The problem

Moroccan SMEs used disconnected tools for invoicing, stock, payroll and reports — no single source of truth. A change in one system, like a stock adjustment or a new invoice, had no automatic effect on the others, so staff re-entered the same data more than once and reports pulled from different tools rarely agreed with each other by the time someone actually compared them. Owners also had no consistent way to control who could see payroll numbers versus who could see stock movements, since permissions lived inside each separate tool instead of one shared model.

The solution

Modular Laravel + React ERP with a shared data layer and roles. Verticals activate the modules they need. One component library. Redis handles queued jobs and caching so reports and exports stay fast as data grows, and the whole platform runs in Docker for consistent deployment. The component library is built on Tailwind CSS, so a form or table looks and behaves the same whether it's in the sales module or the HR module — which matters once an operator is switching between several modules in the same shift.

Role

Lead Full Stack — architecture, frontend system, domain modeling, database. Owned the shared data layer that lets modules read from the same source of truth instead of duplicating records.

Result

Live across multiple client businesses. Fragmented operations became one system. Each client runs only the modules relevant to its operations, live at cloud.anyware-erp.com, with the same role-based access model governing who can see what across every module.
