How to Build a SaaS Platform for a Moroccan Business

Moroccan SaaS fails when tenancy is a column added later and the UI ignores how teams actually work in Arabic and French.

Start with isolation. Jobs, cache and files must know the tenant before the first paying customer. A tenants table on a single-tenant app is how you debug “random” invoices later.

Billing must map to limits the product enforces. Moroccan SMEs care about seats, sites and whether the second company can take the first one down.

The interface has to match the floor: French, Arabic, sometimes both. From Tangier I build Laravel + React SaaS that way, with Docker and backups, not a demo on a laptop.
